By registering for or using ClassPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including principals, teachers, and any other users of the platform.

ClassPilot is a cloud-based platform for coaching institutes and schools that provides student management, attendance tracking, fee reminder automation, and reporting tools. Access is provided via a web browser at classpilot.me.

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the Service will be suspended until a subscription plan is purchased. All data entered during the trial is retained and accessible upon subscription.

• ClassPilot offers Monthly (₹499/month) and Yearly (₹4790/year) plans.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.
• Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days; yearly every 365 days.
• We do not offer automatic refunds. Contact us within 48 hours of payment for disputes.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers.

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at support@classpilo.me within 48 hours and we will review your case on an individual basis.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all data entered into the platform.
• You must ensure you have appropriate consent to store student and parent data.
• You must not use ClassPilot for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into ClassPilot. We do not claim any rights over your student data, institute information, or any other content you upload. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary service unavailability.

ClassPilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
