• Account Information — Name, institute name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
• Student Data — Student names, parent names, email addresses, phone numbers, attendance records and fee status that you enter into the platform.
• Payment Information — Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only store transaction status and order IDs.
• Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns to improve our service.

• To provide and operate the ClassPilot service
• To send automated fee reminders and attendance alerts on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send service-related emails (trial expiry, subscription renewal)
• To improve and maintain the platform
• To respond to your support requests

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Render.com. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We only share data with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Resend — for email delivery
• Render.com — for hosting infrastructure

All third-party services have their own privacy policies and handle data securely.

ClassPilot is a B2B platform used by educational institutes. We collect student data only as entered by the institute (principal/teacher) for operational purposes (attendance, fee management). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
